The National Day of Prayer Is Still On ~ Bible Prophecy Today I have the first amendment freedom to pray anytime I choose. That can be silently when in a crowd that may not choose to pray also; or with other like-minded praying people. The First amendment was passed to ensure the rights of the individual to practice their individual faith; as long as it doesn't interfere with others practicing theirs. How about everyone that wishes to pray; taking a few moments of prayer or silence and contemplate on ways to help make this a better world-for those of us who believe their is an entity to ask for help in the matter.
