Obama using Connecticut Social Security Number? There is a logical answer to all these irregularities in the records! Was he ever hired as a 'secret agent man.' for some federal intelligence agency ( there are 16+ of them). All the Kenya Birth records, numbers,etc. could easily have been a (cover identity) so he could go undercover and when the 'bad guys' checked him out, they would find the (cover identity)! Innocent until proven guilty is the American way. how could all the irregularities exist? This is just one plausible explanation. Maybe our president is an unsung hero and has helped put away some really bad criminals! Social security numbers were issued with the prefix for the office in which one applied for a number. If one had access to his info at Social Security, it may show multiple numbers and they are cross-referred. This did happen in earlier years before SSA got everything computerized. A person filed for a duplicate card and got issued a new number because, humans were manually checking and if one filed with some differences in spelling of names, it could have been missed. We used to check these multiple times by multiple persons. But human error could exist. Linda Joy Adams

President Obama does Old -Time Diplomacy

President went up to the Capitol yesterday to engage in old-time diplomacy. Haven't seen much in recent years. He did not send an underling. He went and he talked and he listened for @ three hours it has been reported. For the good of the country, everyone needs to realize that not everyone is going to get everything they want. Years ago, as a child, when I would say to my Dad; I want; he would answer: " What is it that you really want? Jesus ( in those days no one knew His name was said differently centuries ago) wants you to have what you really need. This takes, thoughtfulness, prayer or silent meditation, etc. and some reality facing. Hopefully 'Washington, D.C.' is taking a few moments to make some difficult decisions. Of course, I have my wants. I need what I have been awarded by those in power, paid. This is based on my employment 'contract' when I went to work for the Federal Government. Individuals took illegal and unauthorized action to stop this and it has caused me to become part of the economic downfall. So, everyone has to "play by the rules." Something, long forgotten by many over the last decade. No program or law will work, if that fundamental premise is forgotten.

Gas Relief

Thanks for someone in Washington, D.C. starting the process to get more fuel efficient cars. Thirty years ago Congress passed laws and then took them back. Bravo to you, President Obama. I'd still like to read the entire executive order. When Congress bogs down in a swamp of mirey fighting, what else can you do than take action? Congress needs to look over what you signed and affirm or improve your order. Adam was given stewardship of the earth's resources. We have not done a very good job. However, increasing emissions may cause health problems in urban areas. That is not good. President Truman said back in @ 1951 that we should make the choice of going solar. We did not listen to that President. He did not sign an executive order. And the peoples of the world are competing over a supply of oil. We think there is a lot of oil, but it is not an endless supply. Maybe if we find oil on some distant planet, we'll be traveling through space to fill oil tanker spaceships to deliver oil back to earth. Sounds ridiculous? No more than thinking there is an endless source of a non-renewable energy. A couple of decades ago, China said they had chosen to go solar as they industralized their country. Didn't happen! World, wake up! We are a few billion humans sharing one planet. It is our only home for now.
